11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Green Sourcing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
